- APARTMENT COMPLEX’S: Patients that are ordering from an apartment MUST meet drivers in the front of the complex, drivers will NOT drive into the complex.
- RE-DELIVERY FEE: A re-delivery fee is issued when a driver has arrived, waited 5 minutes, called, texted and you do not show up. Once the driver leaves if patient wishes to re-order, there will be a $10 RE-DELIVERY fee added to the order. (on top of original $10 delivery fee, if applicable)
- EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges in the event a cartridge was leaking or wrong product was delivered(MUST still be sealed). ALL exchanges must be reported within 8 hours.
- CHANGE: If you will be needing change, please notify dispatch when placing order as our drivers DO NOT CARRY CHANGE unless requested. We except no more than $2 in Coins (QUARTERS ONLY)
- FIRST TIME PATIENTS: NO First Time Patients after 6pm. ALL First Time Patients MUST provide VALID PHOTO ID and Proof Of Address (if address on ID isn't current)
- FIRST TIME PATIENT DEAL: First Time Patients will receive a free gram with their order. Deal can not be combined with other specials/deals.
